  Carefully place the item in its original packaging, ensuring all tags, authentication certificates, and protective films are intact to qualify for a full refund.

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a secure pickup.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our master watchmakers and specialists verify the item's condition, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
